We are looking for engaging individuals who will be dedicated in ensuring the highest level of guest hospitality. You must have a personality that shines and the ability to make our guests feel at ease.
As the face of Riyadh Air, you will be the most important person for our guests during their journey with us and it will be your responsibility to exceed their expectations at all times. Safety will always be our number one priority, it is the foundation of our operations and you will be trained to the highest standards in all aspects of safety, aircraft operations and other relevant skills.
Service and hospitality is at the heart of our operation, we will provide you with the necessary training and tools to ensure you are confident in delivering an experience that will create positive and lifelong memories for all our customers.
الخبرة المطلوبه / Experience
Ideally, you will have a minimum of one year’s experience in an aviation, retail, hospitality or customer service role. You should be a digital native, who is comfortable with technology while flexible and easily adaptable to various situations. Relentless positivity, an appreciation of high standards and an ability to deliver outstanding customer service in a team environment, is a must.
Your minimum qualification will be high school graduate (Grade 12). You will need to be fluent in written and spoken English and ideally have mastered additional languages.
You will need to be a minimum 150cm tall and have a reach of 200 cm to be able to access the safety and emergency equipment carried on board our aircraft.
Our Riyadh Air crew will be based in Riyadh and must satisfy the KSA visa requirements. We are seeking motivated and self-driven individuals who will always strive to resolve difficult situations in a calm manner, whilst operating to a demanding work schedule. You must be understanding of a myriad of cultures, while remaining professional, positive and passionate.
